KÖNIG GALERIE offers a 14-day return window for all fashion items and accessories, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags attached. We aim to ensure your acquisition meets the high standards of our curated aesthetic.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the invoice and the issued RMA form are included to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
